Hi, I am Parveen, your host, chef and a culinary expert for the experience! While my qualification made me a teacher, my passion makes me a “home-grown” chef! I have been fortunate enough to be taught by my mother from a very young age and by my mother-in-law. In 2009 we moved from Haryana in the north of India to Agonda in Goa. We live here in a beautiful jungle like surrounding and here I love to share my know-how of cooking and preparing meals. Indian dishes are rich in history behind the ingredients and the effects for our health. We meet at my house and while you will be offered a drink for refreshing chai, lemongrass tea, coffee, lassi or water. Here we will depending on your choice when you have booked, either prepare a breakfast, a lunch or a dinner together. We tune into a space of mindfulness to prepare our healthy meals with love and joy. I will show and guide you to see how it's actually done. It is always a combination of cooking art and patience.
