We’ll prepare Gnocchi dough from scratch and I'll teach you two recipes that I've learnd from my Granny to dress our gnocchi. We will prepare to tape of Gnocchi the classical and the stuffed ones At the end of the cooking class we are going to eat what we've prepared before. I'm a creative woman inside and outside the kitchen. My passion for cooking started when I was 6 years old. (I prepared by myself surprise dinners for my parents while they were at work.) After many years this passion has never stopped. I consider cooking for someone a way to give that person part of my love. I love exploring, tasting and creating different recipes.
