We will start the practice with a meditation followed by warmup of the body using asanas with modifications most suitable for each needs and capabilities. Upon Sunrise we greet the day and the sun with sun salutations, followed by standing, seated and closing sequences. We will finish the class with final relaxation and seated meditation.
If you’re looking for a low-impact way to de-stress and feel energized, nothing beats yoga! I’m a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher (RYT 200) since 2018 and my aim is to teach others the amazing benefits of what regular yoga practice can do. I started my yoga journey in 2017 by attending yoga classes on weekdays and doing my own practice on weekends. It might not seem like a long time, but that translates into more than 450 hours per year of regular practice! I know the positive impact on health and wellbeing yoga gives to me and I want my students to learn it as well - how they can enrich their lives with regular practice of yoga.

We will meet up at Playa de las Alcaravaneras for yoga practice. There are brick, wood and sand ground to choose to practice one. Open sky, fresh air, close to nature. After practice starts we will be exploring our body and our inner nature. Each attendee will be responsible to choose the depth of their journey into self-exploration.
It's an open space - dress accordingly, better to be too warm than too cold. It a public space - be prepared to be distracted from the practice both by random thoughts of your own mind and surrounding noise
