We meet at Terrigal Haven Beach and depart on a 60 minute boat tour along the scenic Central Coast beaches. It is only 60 minutes north of Sydney. Take in the stunning coastal scenery of our coastal headlands and bays and learn about our unique coastal environment from a qualified marine biologist. The area abounds in marine life; watch for whales, dolphins and other marine life depending on the season. Learn about the geological features of the coastline, beach erosion processes and the effect of ocean currents. Visit Wamberal Beach, Wyrrabalong National Park and the proposed Forresters Beach Marine Sanctuary.
Learn about our unique coastal environment from a qualified Marine Biologist. Andrew has substantial experience working in marine conservation and natural resource management. This includes 12 years as a project officer with NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. His qualifications include a Masters Degree in Coastal Biology and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Andrew is currently a technical advisory representative on the Catchments and Coast Committee for Central Coast Council. Andrew has over 30 years experience in studying and managing our coastal environment.
The tour takes place on a fully licensed commercial boat with a qualified skipper and marine biologist.
We provide wet weather jackets, Lifejackets and all safety equipment.
We take a cruise along the stunning Central Coast beaches and pass the Terrigal Skillion, Terrigal Haven Beach, Wamberal Beach, Wyrrabalong National Park and the proposed Forresters Beach Marine Sanctuary.
