You'll be warmly grated in my home kitchen where all plant magic happens. Optional glass of wine will be waiting for you, and before we start cooking, we will chat more about your cooking experience, so we can get to know each other. After that, we will start looking at all ingredients, grains, pulses, vegetables, spices, and use them in various ways, Salads, stew, curry. With my help and encouragement you will learn mixing new flavours, using spices and herbs. We will then cook few dishes from around the world, like Malaysian LAKSA, Burmese curry and Vietnamese pho,and vegan variations of classic spaghetti bolognaise and 'fish' and chips. This will be fully sensory, hands on and creative experience, where we exchange food stories and I'll share my inspirations.
I'm passionate about plant based cooking and sustainability, I combine food and experience from mamy cultures, based on my travels and various places I lived... My flavours are unexpected and I love intuitive cooking with no specific recipes, seasonal cooking from ingredients available in the grocery shops. I ensure that guests are confident, brave and creative in the kitchen. I offer both basic classes as well as some more upscale, fine dining dishes. Holy Cow has been extremely successful and food has been really popular at various Dorset festival, selling out nearly every time. The most popular and signature dishes are baked vegan burgers served in sourdough with home fermented veg and sauerkraut. During the cooking workshops you'll get an opportunity to learn vegan tricks, replacing meat and fish and using variety of spices.
