We'll jump right into a workout that will focus on strengthening the body from the inside out. The goal is to provide you a workout that gets you focused less on building muscle and more about activating the central nervous system first, focusing on strengthening connective tissue and bone density and ultimately creating longevity. If you're focused on muscle only, you're setting yourself up for failure like many others. Muscle is a by-product of working out correctly, putting yourself in weak positions to become stronger, and being in tune with the mind-to-muscle connection. Afterwards, you'll be ready to soak up the LA sun, hikes, restaurants, and beaches (go show off that hard-earned body while you're on the edge of Western civilization!) I can't wait to workout with you soon.
I enjoy seeing others discover the best version of themselves. Coming from a competitive background of cross country running, I've always wanted to attain the best version of myself. Over the past 7 years, I've spent a vast amount of time focusing on building lean muscle and shredding fat. More than that, I've tailored my workouts to focus on mind-to-muscle connection, strengthening connective tissue, bone density, enhancing range of motion, and knowing that by focusing on being strong from the inside that I would develop the muscle I was looking for on the outside. The workout will be intense, so come hydrated and well energized with solid foods in your system. There's no AC in the gym, but you will have access to sweat towels/towels for showering after (if desired). Let's go!
