We'll have a quick discussion about how you're feeling mentally and physically. After introductions have been made we will jump right into some pranayama to help set the tone for the class. After the basic breath work we will continue with a nice vinyasa flow that will help tone the body, connect with the breath, and calm the mind. We will end with a guided meditation in Savanasa to keep the mind at peace and get you prepared for the rest of your day. Tea and a snack will be provided after the class!
Yoga has been in my life for years, the best stress reliever for me is to take out my mat and breathe. I became certified as a teacher for multi style and aerial yoga training because I believe yoga can be so versatile and useful for all different types of human beings. I lived in Bali, Indonesia, one of the yoga hubs in the world, for two months. There I became certified and taught my knowledge of what yoga means to me.
A mat will be provided Yoga blocks will be provided as well
This experience will be conducted in the comfort of my own home. I have a spare open room where mats can be laid out and we can peacefully practice. I have two friendly cats who are always interested in meeting new people and love to participate in a down dog or two. If you are allergic or are not too fond of cats please let me know in advance I can keep them in a different part of the home and keep the atmosphere cat free.

I do have cats so please be aware, if you have any allergies, to let me know in advance so I can keep them separate from our practice. You are allowed to bring your own mat if you feel more comfortable doing so. Any food allergies let me know in advance please!
