Discover the delicious produce from Provence and learn how to cook with them. Cheeses, olives & olive oil, saffron, fruit and vegetables, honey, aromatic herbs and so much more. We'll welcome you to our home, where, while sitting in the sun with a tea or coffee, we 'll talk you through the menu of the day and the ingredients. We'll use local, fresh, seasonal and high quality products. We’ll share our tips and tricks with you. Weather permitting, we'll cook and eat outside, using our outdoor kitchen. We'll prepare a 5 course meal, starting with a glass of Bubbles and an appetizer, followed by a starter, a main, some cheese, a dessert, tea or coffee. As we cook with the seasons the dishes will vary depending on available produce. The course is about 5 hours, hands on, talking & cooking & table setting & eating.
I am Catalan, have travelled the world and lived in many countries. I am a 61 year old mother of 4 and grandmother of 4. I started cooking at home for my family at the age of 12, making the Sunday lunch at first and later the weekly evening meals. When we moved to the Uk in the early 80's I found inspiration in a weekly cooking magazine, this was needed, my husband being a gourmet !! Over the years I have cooked meals for many many guest, introducing them to new and exiting dishes from cuisines from all over the world. We are passionate food lovers wanting to share our experience with others. We enjoy cooking so much that we took a year out to attend a culinary and gastronomic course in a well known, renowned Belgian school.

We'll be in our home, a villa on top of a hill with stunning views, surrounded by pine trees. We are close to the villages of Roquevaire & Lascours and Pont de l'Etoile with the Garlaban on one side and the Sainte Baume on the other side.
