I will be taking you off road and into the Surrey Hills on some loose terrain and small hills, so some fitness and the ability to ride a bike is required. It will be a 3 hours ride, depending on your fitness level. I will make sure that you don't get lost and that you will experience the best tracks this area has to offer. The start and finishing point it's at the Hurtwood (Holmbury Hill) Car Park. We will go at a pace decided by you and take multiple stops to hydrate and take some snacks to keep us full of energy!
I am a Mountain Bike Instructor with Moving & Handling, Falls (Preventing And Managing), Basic Life Support and Health & Safety certificates. I've been riding in UK for more than 10 years. Living in Whales for two years, gave me another view of this amazing outdoor activity (don't like to call it a sport) and the opportunity to get to know proper MTB Parks, like Afan Forest, Coed Y Brenin, Penmachno and the more recently BikePark Whales. I've been also riding in the North York Moors, Peak District, South Downs, North Downs, Cotswolds and Swinley Forest just to mention a few. But the Surrey Hills is where I do most of my riding, it's my second home!

We'll ride up to Holmburry Hill and there enjoy the amazing views. Then I'll take you through the local secret trails and some well known trials too. We'll climb to Leith Hill, the highest point in South East England.
If there's a chance for rain, please bring spare clothing for after the ride and a towel. A backpack with some spares, like inner tubes would be a good addition. Have a light, carbs rich breakfast like porridge or banana smoothie!
