Every lesson is hand crafted specifically for what your dietary needs are and what the farmers brought in that day. After learning the basics, Chef Jared will help you master the techniques behind the full meal. Free yourself from traditional recipes by learning the science behind techniques. With your new culinary skills, you'll be the envy of your friends when hosting dinner parties! We accommodate all dietary restrictions -- just let us know! Jared is a Chicago based chef with more than 17 years of experience. He will be teaching you during our culinary adventure. Jared is an experienced farm-to-table chef, creating locally sourced meals and tasting menus for restaurants such as Ten Tables, Journeyman, No. 9 Park and the Boston Harbor Hotel. He has been teaching cooking classes for years in culinary schools, and most recently decided to share his love with the public via Airbnb. Jared absolutely loves the craft of creating local food and loves living in a city which has such a rich culinary history. He can't wait to share his love for cooking with you.
We will meet at Chef Jared's home kitchen in the beautiful and centrally located downtown South Loop neighborhood of Chicago, which is fully equipped to bring your culinary skills to the next level. Depending on group size, we'll meet at a professional kitchen space with views overlooking the Chicago skyline.

Chef Jared creates every cooking class uniquely for you! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) and culinary level so he can curate the best class for you. Most classes are 6-10 guests -- please arrive on-time to experience the full class.
