Mabuhay! I have been running my own cafe and restaurant in Taft, Manila for 7years now. Living in Manila for so long, I've developed love for Filipino food. As much as I enjoy eating, I enjoy cooking in my pastime. I was once given the opportunity to teach Ateneo de Manila University students how to cook for 1 day and had enjoyed it very much. I wanted to continue this experience which is what made me create this cooking class. My team member Erica and I are excited to share the knowledge we have to everyone so that more people will get to know and like Filipino food.
