We'll meet at the beautiful venue of Finlandia Caviar by the seaside in the center of Helsinki for caviar, roe and oyster tasting dinner. For starters you'll have a chance to taste five most popular roes in Finland; whitefish, vendace and trout roe, cold-smoked trout roe and keta-salmon roe , served together with smetana and quail egg from a croustade cup. To follow up, six different oysters: Fine de Claire, Tsarskaya, Gillardeau, Poesie, Umami and Belon. Served together with lemon and mignonette-sauce. For main course restaurant's most reknown dish, Caviar Collection tasting Set of Four, which includes: 10g Siberian Sturgeon 10g White sturgeon 10g Oscietra 10g Kaluga caviar Set is served together with white toast, dark truffle butter, eggs and smetana. As a dessert we'll enjoy chocolate oyster with light chocolate mousse, Finlandia Caviar Selection-caviar and a chocolate pearl. We will also help you pair everything with appropriate drinks.

The restaurant is located by the side of Central Market Square, close to presidential palace, the Senate church and other historically important monuments. Old Market Hall is just across the road which is open for a visit from 10AM to 6PM. We will carefully walk you through the dinner, it's ingredients, product history and much more with acquired professionalism. This type of experience is only possible with us!
