We are going to explore the always busy Central Market Hall (Szimpla Farmer's Market on Sundays), getting to know the ingredients, the people and the culture. Then we'll go to our kitchen and we'll start cooking our three-course lunch in which you'll learn to cook (and the traditions behind) some of the best Hungarian disges, having a lovely glass of Hungarian wine.
All ingredients prepared. Nibbles at the market, such as pogácsa, szalámi so you can start getting to know the flavours and…
Soft drinks, coffee/tea You can try some Hungarian wines and pálnka if you are up for it!
Taxi from the market We are heading to the cooking school from the market with a cab together
We are going to start off in the heart of the city at the Central Market Hall (Szimpla Farmer's Market on Sunday's), from which we are heading to one of our venues all of them located in the city centre. The kitchen is fully equipped, cosy and filled with all the goodies, that our gastronomy has to offer.
