Shikanoshima Island is a must-do trip when in Fukuoka to explore the abundance of nature, beautiful scenery as well as some historic sites of old shrines and stone monuments. Nature, history and gastronomy will be part of this amazing trip. We'll visit one of the most amazing shrines, Shikaumi, where I'll show you all the mystic of praying. If there's low tide we can walk across a small island from Katsuma beach, it's really amazing. And I'll take you to a unique place where you'll taste some of Shikonishima's gastronomic treasures ("wakame" and "sazae") . Finally, if you want, we can end having a relaxing tea at my tea shop.
I'm a super host at Airbnb and I'm resident at Shikanoshima Island. One of the reasons my guests love me is because (almost) no one knows the hidden gems that the island hides as I do and this is why during the last years I've been guiding more than 100 guests to the unique sights of Shikanoshima island.
