The best workouts can happen anywhere; apart and afar! Our training sessions are designed for those with adaptive needs; physical and/or intellectual. Our highly experienced and skilled coaches will guide you through live online workouts that will leave you feeling strong, successful and excited for more. Each workout is different from the last, offering a variety of exercises and movements to challenge you and keep you moving. All you need is a little weight! Get creative with household items to resemble weight you can safely use. We recommend supervision for safety and assistance, if required.

We don't just workout, we teach you HOW to move and do so safely. Because these sessions are online, we won't prescribe any exercises that require you to leave your location and NEVER dangerous to your physical well-being. All exercises are taught with multiple adaptions so everyone can participate.
