In this off-the-beaten-path experience, we’ll walk around some of New York's original neighborhoods, shop for ethnic food, take street photographs, and get to know the people of New York better. Most people want to "see" NYC through the daily life of a New Yorker, but don't know where to start. I will show you some of it. This experience takes place in both Manhattan and Queens, and we will travel by bus, subway, and tram. I will take you to America's most diverse neighborhoods in Queens. I will also take you to see the Manhattan skyline, and we'll visit Midtown East or the West Village. During the exploration, we will stop at a coffee shop and a grocery market. Depending on traffic, and how much time we have left, I might take you to shop for arts, antiques, vintage clothes, or even stop at a bar or restaurant. Along the way, you'll get to sample some of the cultural food of Queens.
As a young, single millennial living in the Big Apple, my biggest passion is travel, having taken a solo trip around the world. New York is home, and I can't imagine not living here. I am a Cofounder of an online dating site, NYC lifestyle, foodie, and travel blogger, Instagrammer, and New York Times Travel insider. I love architecture, coffee, ethnic food, and speakeasy bars. I am also a world traveler, and have been to many cities in the States, Asia, and Europe. Visit www.sillydrunkfish.com and @sillydrunkfish.
