This session with Ryan was quite literally everything I could've asked for for my team and it's specific needs. I had reached out to Ryan with relatively short notice and explained to him my situation. Not only did he reply within just a few minutes, but was also kind enough to accommodate a 30 minute session which would take place at 1am EST for him (my team is split up between California and folks in India, so timing was a bit tricky).
The actual session itself was a big hit with my team! Ryan gave a very refreshing outlook on reframing the way we prioritize and tackle tasks, shared a number of stories about his experiences as an olympian, and made sure to give ample time to stick around for questions that my team had.
