Your experience will be a sensory journey to discover unique and real products that make Italy great in the world. taste food and wines produced by farmers with limited production and exceptional quality in a young and easy going environment. products that can not be found elsewhere all together, the result of years of research. all the producers, besides making excellent products, are also beautiful people because I believe in karma. on your arrival you will be get a Prosecco Extra Dry DOCG winner of the gold medal in 2017. then you will take a plate of artisan San Daniele raw ham (there are only 5 artisan producers left) naturally aged 16/18 months, the ingredients for the production are only Italian meat, salt and lots of knowledge. with the prosciutto a new Prosecco, this time Brut with a drier taste to clean the mouth. then you will taste a selection of 4 different high mountain cheeses brought from the nearby dolomites, accompanied by local honey or blueberry jams Then a new Prosecco, this time an unfiltered, (historically is the first prosecco created) a scent of white flowers and a decidedly dry taste ideal to accompany the cheeses. all the products will be explained.
