Enjoy our healthy Korean vegan cuisine. In part one of this experience, you will get a recipe and learn to make a Korean vegan meal. All ingredients are ready and we cook together. We’ll teach you how to use ingredients and spices. The menu of each class is subject to change. It is usually curried rice or noodles. We don't use any animal proteins. 100% vegan! The second dish is a raw vegan cheesecake, which doesn't include cheese—but tastes as it does. We’ll serve raw vegan cakes for dessert. Along with the raw cake, we’ll serve Korean traditional beauty drinks. Additionally, there's one more thing! There is a luxury supermarket nearby. It's good to finish your meal quickly and go on a supermarket tour! It will be an opportunity to understand Korean food ingredients well and of course, it will be an interesting experience!
I’m the first raw food chef in Korea and a founder of the Energy Kitchen, the first and well-known cleanse juice bar and school of raw food. After graduating in New York City, I moved to Seoul.
