The dinner begins by going up to the gazebo installed on the roof (in summer) or in the dinner room in winter, there you will find an exquisite table ready, with the selection of the "essentials" an exclusive selection of the best and most representative sausages, cheeses and Spanish wines. During dinner, I will explain the historical origins and reasons why these foods are essential in the Mediterranean diet, emphasizing the typical Spanish varieties and the region in which we find ourselves.

In summer, life takes place in the street and on the terraces, we will have dinner on the roof of my Attic, where time will stop and we will be able to enjoy a unique selection of quality products from Spain. In winter, we move to dinner room . In addition to tasting unique delicacies from Spain, we will enjoy the excellent climate of Alicante, starry skies, soft music and a relaxed conversation!
