This is a menu that celebrates the chocolate, balancing traditional and modern recipes. Appetizer Traditional tomino cheese with extra virgin olive oil, chocolate, chili pepper and Tuscan crispy bread. First course Cocoa tagliatelle with sausage ragu and orange flavored extra virgin olive oil. Second course Pork loin, chocolate sauce , pears in reduced barbera wine sauce, baked in foil potatoes. Hi, I'm Andrea, a professional cook and cooking teacher. My passion for cooking was transmitted to me by my uncle, an engineer but a cook in the soul and gourmet without boundaries. In my life I did many things, but in the end I came to my great passion, the kitchen. I cooked in Moscow, in France as a private chef, in restaurants in Tuscany, Marche and Sicily. In the last few years, in Florence, I worked as a cooking teacher in a private university. I love Italian cuisine, but above all I love cooking.
