We will tell you the story of our family and our farm. We explain you the breed of sheep that we have, that is different from the usual one. You will do a tour in our farm and you will see all our animals and you will can touch them by real: sheeps, lambs, goaths, horse, dogs... And we will show you our traditional way to do the handmade organic sheep cheese. In the end you will taste all our different kind of cheese: fresh, semiaged, most aged (about one year of age). If the weather is nice the tasting can be done outside; on the paved courtyard in front of the garden or in our new terrace (built on the roof of an ancient brick kiln) that overlooks the fields and woods that surround our farm. In case of bad weather the tasting will take place inside our "Bottega", a salon obtained from the renovation of an old stable, wich also is the place where we sale our products.
Meet the animals
This crew includes about 200 sheep, 5 goats, a horse, and one very vocal goose. While they’re likely to be found snacking on fresh grass or playing with visitors, Guendalina the goose will definitely take a break to give you a loud welcome.

We will go around our farm: in the fields and in the stables. In theese placeses you will see all our animals. We will go in our small laboratory where you will see how we make the cheese. Then for the tasting you will stay outside in our garden surraunded by fields and wood.
