Learn to understand horses and discover the message behind the whispering.
This activity is every animal lover's dream and a very unexpected experience. You will have a memorable horse experience with your beloved ones or on your own. Upon arrival at the stables, I will introduce you to our horses and show you how to approach them with respect and trust. Then, you’ll go to the arena and I will give you tips to develop a collaborative relationship with the horse we are connecting with. Horses may have met many participants ; it is always delightful to observe how different they can be with each of you. When you feel secured and confident, I will guide you to make your horse move and dance with you. You will be able to make the horse do a circle at different speeds in total liberty. I will take some pictures of you to have a souvenir :-) By the end of the experience, you will have discovered natural horsemanship, learnt about animal communication and experienced the horse mirror effect. I devote myself to create a meaningful experience according to your tastes, your mood of the day and your experience with horses that will have nothing to do with touristy activities. Trust me! If it is possible and legal for me to give you a lift, count on me too

Born in a family of riders, cantering at the age of 6 years old, horses have always been a big part of my family and of my heart. After my studies in psychology at Oxford University in 2015, I discovered how my love of horses could come along with my work as a therapist. In 2017, I got my diploma as a coach with horses w/ the International School of Coaching w/ Horses Equilibri and a postgraduate (Hons) in equine therapy from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. Since I started to work with horses, I have guided & facilitated more than 200 people to their stories with horses. This is not the end of the story: I have published a book about horses and emotions - available in (only) French for the moment.

The Centre d’Equitació Poni Club Catalunya was founded in 1988. Nowadays our riding school has about 25 horses and 60 ponies. As soon as you get there, you will be able to enjoy a a warm and authentic Spanish atmosphere and a unique view of Barcelona. The well-being of our horses is at the core of our work: most of them are outside in fields and live in a herd/with company.

Antonia’s passion and experience for and in her work made this experience not only educational, but magical and spiritual. She offered the framework of understanding the perspective of horses and the roles they play in a herd. We got to learn by theory, observation, and practice. She and her brother who joined for this experience calmed my nerves by being a grounding and kind presences when we interacted with the horses. This experience was reflective and built a confidence I didn’t anticipate. I’m grateful I got to experience this one of a kind session. I highly recommend this to anyone who is called to horses, psychology, energy work, or meditation. Thank you Antonia (& Alex!) for sharing your gifts and presence with me. 🧡🌸💗

La verdad es que soy local y decidí probar esta Experiencia porque siempre me han gustado los animales, he tenido perros y gatos, cada uno de ellos únicos y especiales, el haber estado de nuevo con caballos pero conectando de esta manera me ha hecho muy feliz el día de hoy, nunca olvidaré este día, gracias Antonia, dales recuerdos a Ibiza y Foxel por favor, ya los extraño, son mágicos y conectar es lo que quería, necesitaba y ocurrió.

Wow, what a cool experience! My wife and 3 year old daughter spent time with Antonia and were all able to participate in the experience. Antonia truly has a special connection with horses. We learned a ton about herd dynamics and how our individual leadership styles are manifest when working with horses.
