We'll climb up the face of a cliff in Estes Park, Colorado, then set up our campsite in the sky. The adventure begins with a two-thirds of a mile uphill hike to the base of a cliff. There, we'll gear up and begin our climb to the campsite. Alternatively, you can hike up to the top and rappel down to the site. After building and settling into our vertical home, we'll eat dinner and sleep in our sky tent for the night. The next day, we’ll rappel down and return back to life on the ground.
KMAC is an experienced American Mountain Guides Association accredited mountain guide service with over 30 years of bringing adventures to everyone. We have spent the last 6 years developing the cliff camping program which no one else in North America offers. I may not always lead this adventure, but my qualified friends TJ, Kyle, Eric, Vanessa, and Dominic may host you instead. We are all certified by the AMGA and have nearly a century of climbing experience between us.

We’ll be cliff camping on Deville Rocks in Estes Park, Colorado, near Rocky Mountain National Park. The hike to the campsite starts in private property, which means we’ll likely be the only people.
Many guests ask how much experience they need for this. The answer is none. All you need is some stoke and to be in relatively good physical shape (nothing special though).
