We’ll enjoy a guided chocolate & wine pairing that will begin with Course 1: a three-piece palate starter tasting of world-sourced milk, semi-sweet, and dark chocolate. We’ll then move on to Course 2: a three-piece tasting of chocolate bonbon flights, handcrafted in my very own chocolate factory, accompanied by a thoughtfully-paired wine flight to complement the chocolate featuring regions from Napa, Sonoma, Australia, Eastern Oregon, and other exciting wine region. We will close with Course 3: a mignardise course chocolate truffle of your choice for you to take home!
I became enamored with the artistry of design, flavors, and the richness of the story of chocolate-making from around the world. An avid learner and traveler, I graduated from Ecole Professional School of Chocolate Arts, completed the Master Chocolatier Program in Belgium, and traveled across Europe and other regions to carefully and ethically source chocolates and ingredients.

We’ll be at Romeo Chocolates in beautiful downtown Long Beach on a historic avenue. You will receive a tour of our tasting room and shop, and you’ll see all the chocolate creations we make in-house.
