Discover how fresh and organic ingredients from San Diego's best farmers can make your plate spectacular. The atmosphere is informative and highly entertaining, as you dive right in, creating your authentic plate just like an Italian chef. We use only 100% Italian flour Non-GMO, natural yeast, organic eggs from Three Sons Farm (Ramona), and seasonal organic ingredients from local farms. Guests are welcome to bring wine/beer to enjoy.
