My name is Matteo, I am a Chef and co-founder of Il Mattarello, a workshop with a handmade fresh pasta shop, located in Poppi (AR) The love and passion for cooking has been handed down to me first by my grandmother Zelinda and then by my mother Donatella. This passion pushed me to professionalize myself, obtaining the qualification of Chef at the Academy of Taste. I am a teacher of fresh handmade pasta, and teacher of typical Tuscan cuisine, the land where I was born and to whom I owe everything.
