In our Have Fun Making Raw Vegan Bliss Balls Workshop we will have lots of fun making a variety of different kinds of protein bliss balls for you to try and make some to take home with you at the end of the workshop. Bliss balls taste yummy with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds or homemade nut butters. You will be given full instructions and a range of recipes for making the bliss balls, breakfast bars, homemade granola and non dairy milks and nut butters for you to try out once you get back home. During the workshop we will also sample a variety of teas, herbal teas and fruit infused waters so you can choose the perfect combination of beverage and bliss balls! Bliss balls are full of energy and protein as well as vitamins and minerals. They are easy to carry round with you for a healthy snack during the day. And they make a great addition to your breakfast or dessert. Homemade bliss balls taste great and you know exactly which ingredients they contain. They also work out much cheaper to make at home so you will save money too!
I'm a nutritionist and professionally trained chef and I'm really passionate about nutrition & cooking healthy delicious food! In this workshop you will learn how to make a wide variety of bliss balls & experiment with the perfect combination of ingredients to suit your personal taste. Bliss balls are full of protein and vitamins and minerals and they're really quick to prepare & will store well in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for 3 months. You will easily be able to whip up a batch of sweet or savoury bliss balls to eat for breakfast, snack or for dessert.

We run all our workshops in our fully equipped kitchen and dining area where we have a large dining table for you to work at and plenty of worktop space to store your samples for later and taste all the delicious bliss balls you have made. The chairs are nice and comfy and you will get a good view of the screen where we will show instructions for you to follow and examples of everything we will be learning about.
