This 2 hour class will include: ➳ Basics of Paddleboarding ⇀The 'What' and 'How' of the gear ⇀ How to paddle sitting, kneeling and standing ⇀Maintaining stability on the board ⇀ Falling and re-mounting safely ⇀Paddle strokes and techniques for maneuvering your board ➳ Exploring ⇀ Explore the surrounding area and practice your new skills ➳ Yoga and Games! ⇀Reenforce paddling techniques with group games, challenges and maybe a race! ⇀ Depending on group comfort/choice, the opportunity to try some on-water yoga Optional (after class): ➳ Picnic ⇀ Take Selfies ⇀ Eat Food ⇀ Make Friends ⇀ Enjoy the Sunshine!

We will meet at the park put-in to prep for the day! Look for the 'Wild' logo, and a bunch of paddle boards! Please make sure any valuables are locked in your car.
