Session will be conducted indoor in a bright airy room or outside on the beach (subject to weather conditions) We will start with a little introduction to this ancient Indian practice, its history and philosophy, followed up with Sukshma Vyayam (warmup)...Asanas (HathaYoga)...Relaxation...Kriyas - Jalaneti & Tratak and then guided Meditation along with Pranayama. Throughout our focus will be on body-breath-mind...thus practicing complete mindfulness. I will share lot of tips, benefits and easy practices to initiate your Yoga practice and apply it in your day to day life.
