Get your adrenaline pumping on this 2-day trip along the Cornwall coastline in southern England. We’ll spend day one focused on improving our surfing technique, learning to read the waves, and gaining a better understanding of the ocean. Then we’ll go coasteering, an activity that includes swimming, low-level traversing, and deep-water cliff jumping to move along the coast. Finally, we’ll camp overnight in shared canvas bell tents in the woods, then spend the next day building on our surfing knowledge.
Born in South Africa I've always had a passion for outdoors, sharing experiences with friends and the memories of those times. I've lived and worked all over the world delivering a variety of adventure activity experiences. Founding and delivering adventure activity experiences through Cornish Wave is a continuous culmination of these skills, experiences and passions gained over the years. I love nothing more than being active around water whether it be rivers, lakes or the ocean. The variety of ways you can enjoy being in it, on it or simply next to always fills me with excitement.
We'll be in the town of Newquay on England's southwestern coast, in Cornwall county (aka the 'Cornish Riviera'). The drive from London to Newquay is a bit under 5 hours.
