After living in Thailand for 12 years l've benefited from learning yoga with some incredibly knowledgeable teachers across Asia; from lndia to Vietnam, Bali to Sri Lanka and of course Thailand. My Eastern approach to yoga emphasises how good yoga makes you feel both physically and mentally, and being surrounded by a beautiful park in Lyon certainly helps! I love sharing my passion for yoga with others and I make the yoga completely accessible for the complete beginner trying for the first time, to the more practiced, anyone can take part. I'm 500 hours qualified and have been a teacher for over 10 years, I'm also a keen marathon and ultra trail runner. Originally from northern England I found myself dazzled by Bangkok and have now fallen for the delightful charm of Lyon.
