Welcome to my hands-on pizza making class! My method involves a very little yeast and long fermentation in order to get a flavorful and easy to digest pizza. Learn how to choose the ingredients wisely. For instance, not all the types of wheat flours are good to make a fantastic Italian pizza. I will also teach you the proper technique for mixing, kneading, stretching, and baking. At the end of the class we will celebrate life the Italian way sitting at the table and eating awesome Neapolitan pizza! The cooking class will take place at my home kitchen in Edmonds, near Lake Ballinger. Edmonds is a beautiful town 14 miles North to Seattle. After the class you can visit downtown, the port or even take the ferry!
