You’ll be welcomed into my kitchen and garden to master the fine art of cooking the perfect paella, following my grandmother’s recipe. Using only the freshest ingredients I'll show how I prepare slow-cooked sofrito and stock, the two most important ingredients of paella. We’ll enjoy wine, tapas and a delicious meal together whilst I give you an insight into one of the most coveted recipes in the world.
I come from a long line of passionate food lovers in my family. In fact I enjoy cooking so much that nine years ago I quit my job as an interior designer to share it full time by hosting workshops. I’ve been doing this experience almost 3 years with Airbnb and more than 7 by myself. After all this year i’ve been cooking with people all around the world and I feel that I’m traveling from home doing what I love more, cooking!!!
