The first part of your Experience is the guided tour, where you will visit the graves of Ireland’s heroes and learn the life stories of iconic figures such as Daniel O'Connell, Michael Collins, Countess Markievicz, Éamon de Valera, Jim Larkin and many more. Also included in this Experience is complimentary admission to climb the O'Connell Tower, which is Ireland's tallest round tower. Those who climb the 198 steps to the top are rewarded with breath taking views of Dublin and its surrounding areas. You'll tour part of the 124 acres of our Victorian Garden Cemetery; as well as learning about Ireland's heroes, you can explore the Celtic crosses and the yew trees. Also included in your Experience is free entry into the City of the Dead Exhibition in our museum and a 10% discount in the Tower Cafe, which is located on-site.
