Please come to the kitchen studio directly. The location is 7 min walk from JR Sendagaya station and 3 min walk from Kitasando station. We open the door 15 min prior the class. After a brief lecture about manufacturing process and characteristics of sake, you will taste 4 different types of sake. You will learn ・How to see the sake label ・How to smell sake ・How to sip sake ・How does sake have different texture and flavor ・How to see the sake texture Then 5 kinds of food samples will be served for pairing with sake, including several kinds of local miso, fresh vegetables and Japanese sweets, all go with each sake. You will lean how to taste sake and how to marriage food and sake instructed by sake sommelier. You will figure out what type of sake is your favorite. Now you will know how to enjoy sake!

I 'll pick you up at the meeting point, in front of Yotsuya Shinsei Church/preschool where 7 min walks from Yotsuya station. After 1.5H sake tasting session, I will take you to a popular local liquor store on the way back to Yotsuya station. The store has a good selection of sake from local brewers over the country. There is a cozy stand out bar in the store witch crowded with after-work people enjoy the drink.
Sake is served 4 kinds of labels, each of them are 50 ml in a cup and 200 ml in total amount.
