You will learn how to make a delicious Italian pizza. We will explain you the basics of pizza: ingredients, temperature, dough rising, oven and other instruments needed to make your perfect pizza. You will receive a white apron so that you get into the cooking experience. You will be assigned a working station provided with all tools and instruments to make your best pizza. You will make the dough with your hands, you will learn how to stretch it and afterwards you will top the pizza with your favorite ingredients and cook it. We will finally sit down eating pizza and drinking all together.
I'm the founder of Pinsa, an Italian pizza company based in Padova, and I have developed the business also abroad. In the past I worked as a finance consultant in the City of London and this professional experience helped me to boost my pizza company. I have opened several pizzeria abroad: China, Austria, Hungary, UK and other places. I am used to train people and I really know how to teach you to make a perfect pizza, no matter the language you speak or your cooking experience.

The pizza classes will take place inside a professional kitchen right in the city centre of Padova, 100 meters away from the world-famous Scrovegni Chapel of Giotto. The kitchen is located at the ground floor of an historical building in a typical and old street of Padova. While you take the course you will see the passers-by walking on the street taking pictures at you and asking you questions about what you are doing. Get ready!!!!
