No previous experience is necessary. This will be a unique 90 minute personal experience, where you will learn to meditate with breathing exercises or visualisations. Then you will be guided through a yoga practice, at a level suitable for you, that will cater specifically to your needs. Modifications and gentle adjustments ensure all levels are welcome. I will guide you through the entire process from start to finish. Learn to breath more deeply, and let go of what no longer serves you in your life. Become centred and relaxed releasing anxiety, depression and stored up emotions, and welcome in more bliss. Feeling tired after your long journey I will guide you through restoratives, or a jet lag program, otherwise the class will be adapted to exactly what you need to strengthen your body and focus your mind. We will finish with a sound healing. This experience will leave you feeling connected to your body and feeling the peace within. All the time interested in Holistic Medicine and Yoga, I left the crazy world of film and television that I was in for many years as a stylist to follow my passions. I have spent many years teaching yoga & meditation here and overseas, one on one, large groups, workshops and retreats. My studio has been established and attached to my house for the last 15 years and this is where I hold workshops, classes and treatments. Charging our emotional and spiritual batteries regularly keeps us youthful and healthy. I hold a Senior certificate in Iyengar yoga along with Advanced certificates in Reflexology, Reiki, Aromatherapy and an EMI(Emotional mind Integration type of Hypnosis) Facilitator. I am a trained Sophia College Holistic Counsellor My experiences focus on the knowledge I can share with others.

We will be in my studio attached to my home, where you can hear the ocean rolling in most days and smell the sea.
