We'll start with a warm welcome and, once we all are sitted and comfy, we'll have the most famous Valencian cocktail (and a wonderful icebreaker) Agua de Valencia. Then we will introduce ourselves and enjoy some tapas while we have a quick introduction to Paella and Valencian gastronomy. After that... Cooking time! We will prepare a traditional Seafood Paella working as a team. Of course, when it's finished we'll eat it with local white wine or Turia Beer. And last but not least, we will have the sweetest goodbye with a delicious dessert: Horchata "torrijas" with chocolate sirup Then we will have to say goodbye, although by that time you will be willling to live in Valencia forever ;)

A year ago I decided to start my own Cooking School in my hometown, Valencia, in which I teach "grandma's food" of different countries.
