活動內容

We meet outside of Lunds Hus/ the museum in Ekebergparken. Here you will receive some practical info regarding the walk. Forest Bathing sessions are gentle walks with a guide providing instructions - referred to as invitations - for sensory opening activities along the way. These walks follow a standard sequence, as defined by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Each walk begins with establishing embodied contact with the present moment and place, followed by a series of connective invitations, mobilizing the power of the senses, often adapted to the location and the needs of participants. These may be followed by wander time and/or sit spot. The walks end with a tea ceremony, sharing tea made from foraged local plants, possibly reflecting on the experience. Guided Forest Therapy consists of a brief, seemingly simple journey. For all its apparent simplicity, it often surprises people with its transformative power.

I am a Shinrin Yoku Guide or Forest Bathing Guide. My education is from the Assosciation of Forest Therapy Guides and Programs, and I strive to give you a personal experience in a norwegian forest- one that is "only yours". I am a positive, enthusiastic and honest person who lives for eco philosophy and co-dependency between humans and the non human world. Opening the door for people to experience a new way to connect with nature-at home or while travelling is the best gift I can give, espesially because it often carried onward wherever you go.

A great experience to have! Our walk took place in the Ekeberg park on a rainy November day. The whole walk took us about 2 hours, which was the perfect amount of time since it was beginning to get quite cold at this point. With the help of the guide, you would be slowly walking around the forest and taking part in "invitations" - a somewhat weird experience for those who never tried it before. The walk is very flexible and open to improvisations, so every single time feels unique and special. Would definitely recommend to those who like spending time in nature and are open to new experiences. Ievgenii

We had a great afternoon in the forest with Silje. She was so friendly and helped us to really connect with nature in quite different ways. Our kids loved it too. The forest is so beautiful, and Silje was so friendly. A real treat

AMAZING! What a lovely way to spend a couple hours. It's not a typical tourist attraction of Oslo, but well worth the time. You get a chance to still your mind, enjoy a beautiful park and connect with others. I walked away with new perspectives and a calmer mind. Silje is a highly qualifies forest bathing guide. She is not only knowledgeable, but she is able to create a unique, open and kind experience. She is genuinly glad to share with her guests. If you have time allow to stay a bit loner after the tour to further explore the sculpture park.

更多建議

You do not need to be fit to attend this walk, and you do not need any experience from walking or being in the forest. This is NOT a regular guided walk in Ekebergparken, but a Shinrin Yoku walk.

自備物品

Bring suitable clothing according to the weather. You will walk slowly and sit or stop several times during the walk so dress warmer than you would a hike. Proper shoes for walking outdoors and a hat/caps in the summer.
