Your visit is made up of the following stages: First a brief explanation about what is chili, its origin, history, classification and texture, as well as its processes. Afterwards, we will show you the different sauces that can be made, and you will make your own sauce, in our Mexican mortar that dates from our pre-Hispanic time "El Molcajete". We are a couple that loves to eat, cook and share our knowledge with all. Armando is a magnificent chef, who studied his career in gastronomy in Paris France, but decided to return to Mexico for the love of our country. I, Ana, am a lover of our Mexican culture, and proud of our ancentral roots. We will carry out the experience on the terrace of our home. We will provide you with all the necessary utensils that will make you feel at home too. The place is very safe and easy to reach.
