You’ll be introduced to the Prosecco world and you’ll learn about specific traits of the different blends of Prosecco, its history, culture, and characteristics of the territory, then we will visit a Vinery, where you can learn how Prosecco wine is made, with the first tasting of 3 wines. after that we will move to a typical "osteria" to do a tasting masterclass with five different wines, starting from the wine that Venetians made in the XVII century up to the last version famous over the world, and learn their story through 500 years. Wine tasting will be served with some typical cheese and salami from our country: we will try to make some food and wine pairing in a funny play!! Price is ALL INCLUSIVE, and includes a small brochure with the story and some hints about Prosecco world! Experience is offered in English and Italian. We will be in the heart of "Proseccoshire", having a view over the hills where the Glera (this is the name of vinegrapes that produce Prosecco wine) born. It's a fantastic country, just below the mountains. There are a lot of hystorical places. Currently awaiting to be recognised by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
