We'll unplug from technology & embark on a mindfulness meditation journey in nature on a stunning beach setting with like-minded travelers. We'll slow down & reconnect with our breath & body through a variety of mindfulness meditation invitations & nature exercises. Transformed, we'll enjoy drinks from local artisans watching the morning waves crash on the shore or against one of the world's most soul-filling sunsets. Both morning & sunset experiences are now available! This mindfulness in nature experience is appropriate for those who consider themselves beginners to meditation & experienced practitioners! It is great for solo travelers, couples, friends, families & birthday or anniversary celebrations. All are welcome! If you don't see a date and time that works for you, please feel free to reach out! Through a variety of meditation and nature exercises, I share mindfulness practices learned through the Mindfulness Training Institute, Mindful Schools & UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center designed to help you unplug, destress & reconnect with self & the natural world. Please DRESS IN LAYERS as it is often cool & windy on the beach at night at sunset, even when the rest of LA is warm! Many guests bring a sweater, a sun hat & extra water to stay comfortable.
