Join us for a chance to un-plug, slow down, and re-connect. Meditation classes are held throughout the week, morning, mid day and evening. Meditation teaches us how to live in the present moment through noticing our thoughts and learning how to "not-attach" to them. We are so excited to share this practice with people living in SF and or just stopping through. You will feel connected to yourself and leave feeling more aware of yourself and your surroundings.
After experiencing the profound impact meditation had on my health and improved state of being, I founded Anchor Meditation with the intent of sharing the benefits of meditation with others. Living in San Francisco and juggling a demanding corporate position and being a wife and mother of two, I was craving space to breathe. My hope is that Anchor provides a place to slow down, reconnect, and anchor in the present moment as opposed to the past or future.
We will host classes inside a cozy and beautiful space in Cow Hollow. Cushions, throw beds, blankets, backjacks, tea, water, and aromatherapy will all be provided. Guests frequently describe our space as "the beautifully decorated, cozy living room I wish I had!"
