We'll work together to create these three my favourite and most famous Catalan recipes: ♥ the legendary Seafood Paella ♥ mouth-watering Catalan starter Pan con Tomate ♥ BEST homemade Sangria But first, let's go SHOPPING! We will meet at Boqueria, the oldest and most known Barcelona market, where we will pick up the freshest seafood for our paella. Here I will show you the best quality seafood stalls, the highest quality saffron, Spanish paprika, Spanish olive and truffle oil, renowned Catalan salt with different flavours, a premium quality Iberian Jamón. You will feel like a Spanish: smelling, trying, touching and tasting local products and chatting with my friends- sellers! After shopping comes the cooking time and we are heading to my kitchen&studio, a unique and beautiful place in antique (more than 150 years old) newly refurbished Catalan building (7min walk). Now it's a time to get creative with our hands-on cooking session. While enjoying our aperitif we will start with preparing Pan con Tomate and Sangria. Then we will move on to cooking our paella following step by step my family recipe. We will cook together a huge communal paella as real Spanish families do, topping our amazing experience with good wine! Once ready, we’ll enjoy our creations over a glass of wine (or soft drink), laughing and sharing stories. You will also receive recipes of all dishes we made.
It's been ten years since I, having been inspired by Spanish culture, traditions, architecture and, first of all, unsurpassed Spanish food, moved to sunny Barcelona. Here I married a charming Spanish man whose family owned a small local restaurant and found that cooking was my calling in life! Working in our family restaurant for a decade not only connected me deeper with Spanish cuisine but also gave me a chance to master my skills in many of our family recipes, especially my favourite - traditional Spanish Seafood Paella. 2019 has been the first year of running my Cooking experience and it’s been an amazing year that granted me a chance to embody my two main lifelong passions – LOVE for delicious food and LOVE for meeting people from around the world, hearing their stories, enjoying cooking & eating authentic Spanish meal together!

You will be cooking in my spacious kitchen-studio in a newly refurbished antique Catalan building right in the heart of the famous El Raval, the most central and historic parts of Barcelona old city. My kitchen-studio is a beautiful antique place that is designed in a modern industrial style but carries traces of the original Catalan interior design, such as high arched ceilings with exposed wood beams, stone and brick walls.
