After many experience in Michelin star restaurant as a chef, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta. I going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, I will give you a recipe book made just for you. After that we going to do the dough, I will teach you some different kind of closing ravioli, tortelli, cappellacci and a lot more.
