During this experience, you will learn an amazing and powerful body-mind qigong training. You will practice special poses to strengthen your lower back and body, and I'll teach you how to do Dan Tian breathing easily and naturally in poses from HANMOM training. A typical class begins with a warm-up and stretching for the whole body. Then we'll do some workout as well as specific breathing technique that's good for relieving stress and pain. Next, we'll practice unique poses for strengthening the lower back and body. We'll finish the class with cool-down workouts and standing meditation before we have a tea time. The class will be given in English and Korean. I mainly lead the class and another trainer, Maeng, will be there to assist me.
Hi, I am Lee. I've been training various korean martial arts for over 50 years, and would like to share what I've experienced with people all around the world. For years I have taught and trained people in general in sport centers(ex: Vantt Sports Center) and universities(ex: Hankuk University of Foreign Studies). I participated in a competition in World Culture Open and in Blue House. I also held several workshops and lectures, and am now leading a training team in Seoul Art Culture Organization. The location is easy to access and just a block away from the Gyodae Subway Station. It is a clean, fresh, and cozy studio for a small group to work out and do training. If weather permits, it may be possible to do outdoor training in the stadium at Seoul National University of Education near my studio.
