Hello everyone ! When you're joining this authentich French cooking experience, we will meet and start by strolling throught a local bakery for you to have a sneak peek into the neightborhood daily life. Then we will head to my cosy kitchen in my flat. We will first learn a little bit more about the key ingredients of French cuisine. We will then discover the menu and begin by preparing our "apéro", a good introduction before getting into the meal preparation. We'll cook together and set up our beautiful table .You will then enjoy your delicious meal prepared with love. During this class you will learn to cook a farmers' market salad, a classic French ratatouille to go with a chicken or fish in sauce as well as a gratin dauphinois. We will finish our meal with the sweet taste of a crêpe. The menu can vary according to the season and your specific request (allergies, food restriction ...). If you have any specific needs or need a different day/time, please just get in touch with me and I will do my best to fit in. The group size is small on purpose, so I can ensure it is always a personalized experience . MARKET VISIT: On Wednesday's morning only, I propose a special cooking class. I am a passionate chef currently working in Bordeaux. My love for cooking comes from my mother who gave me her passion and teached me all her tips and tricks. She wanted me to understand what makes cooking such a fun time. From a young age I have developed my passion for cooking through different experiences in gastronomic restaurants such as La Maison Kammerzell and L’Amuse Bouche in Strasbourg, France. Backpacking around the world for a year, I took cooking class in every country I went; what better way to understand a culture than learning about its food and cooking techniques. Today, I too wish to share this experience back home.

This venue is close to the city center (15 minutes by tram). I am located in the district of Talence in my new appartment perfectly suited to host cooking class. Before heading to my place, we will first go the local farmer's market (or my favourite bakery when the market is closed) which is in front of Forum tram station (B line) where we will meet.
