Wine is part of the Spanish culture, a basic element to understand the country and their different regions. For sure, in Spain wine is always consumed with food, this is the perfect combination to learn about a place while you are giving pleasure to your palate and smell walking through the old and traditional city with some touches of modernity. We will taste two different Sherry wines learning about the process to obtain them with a proffesisional taster. Later we will try other Spanish wines with local food visiting three bars/restaurants discovering the trendy areas of Sevilla but always far from the massive tourism places.
My name is David and my passion is to make sure that people have a nice time. I am part of Seville Urban Adventures team, a group of local guides with a lot of experience showing our city to the travellers. Javi, who was born in Chile but in love of Sevilla and his particular point of view of Sevilla, Lucas a passionate person with many local tips to share with you and Boni that after many years leaving in different countries she decided to come back home to show her birthplace to the visitors . We prefer to say that we are Local Friends, so our tours and activities are real experiences, mainly focus on food/wines, to feel the city as a local to enjoy the best tapas in the more authentic bars/restaurants/taverns/shops..
Cheese, Iberian loin and Iberian ham at the first stop, and one tapa per person in each on the other 3 stops
2 different Sherry wines at the first stop and one glass of wine (or a different drink) in each one of the 3 restaurants
From Metropol Parasol, we will walk to a wine shop focus on Sherry wines to taste 2 different wines. Later we will stop at the oldest bar of Sevilla, to taste some red local wine. Next stop, a local bar with an interesting characteristic, probably the noiseless one in the city...do you like to know why? Last stop will be a modern and elegant restaurant close to the Feria market with a surprising cuisine and a huge variety of Spanish wines.
Enjoy wines&tapas off the beaten path
