Meet at the Manly Wharf where we'll commence a mindful walk to one of Manly's more secluded beaches, such as Delwood or Collins Flat. Along the walk, all participants will learn the foundations of mindfulness as well as how to meditate, and when we arrive at our destination, will enjoy a guided meditation in a beautiful outdoor setting. We'll finish with a coffee and/or breakfast at one of Manly's healthiest cafe's. You'll not only get to discover Manly through the eyes of a local, but you'll learn a life-changing skill and leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and grounded. The experience will end back at Manly Wharf for easy access back to the city.
I'm a meditation teacher and founder of The Calm Company. I've led meditation classes around the world in countries such as New Zealand, Bali, Croatia and the UK and I've introduced hundreds of people to the life-changing powers of mindfulness. I have cultivated my own meditation practice over the past 15 years and now specialise in interpreting this ancient practice in a modern world. My style is accessible, enjoyable and suitable for all. There are no crystals, chanting or lotus poses, just practical tools to help anyone get more out of life.
We will meet at Manly wharf and commence a coastal walk. We'll then enjoy our guided meditation outdoors on a small, picturesque secluded beach. Our experience will end at a local cafe.
Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and we will spend a lot of time in the sun so ensure you wear a hat and sunscreen. After our tour, you may wish to spend the rest of the day in Manly.
